The "FGB" button allows you to preset work and interval times for 5 minutes and repeat them either 5 or 3 times.

The Gym Exercise Timer offers 4 different functions, including a 12/24-hour clock, countdown or countup timing, interval timer, and stopwatch. You can also use the custom interval timer to program your workout with the remote controller, allowing for up to 99 cycles of work/rest times.

The Count-Up Clock function allows you to count up from 00:00 to 99:59, while the Count-Down Clock countdown from 99:59 to 00:00. The Stopwatch Clock function can count up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, with a maximum time of 99 minutes, 59 seconds, and 99 hundredths.

With the ability to display both 12 and 24-hour time formats, the Interval Timer also includes preset workout times for Tabata training, USB power support for outdoor use, and a portable size for easy display and mounting options.
